so when i went to the spice girls reunion tour a few years ago, each girl got their own solo act. posh did a runway walk to that rupaul fashion song, then all of a sudden green lazers started flashing everywhere and sporty popped out and performed 'i turn to you'!!!!! i had totally forgotten this jam by mel c existed, and i nearly peed my pants from lauging and screaming. now watching the video my heart seriously fills with joy. like, what look is she going for? lesbo new age raver at burning man? and i LOVE the way she is dancing and how she's so serious. DIE for this video. wassup with da silver tooth? oh mel c.

i think these jams are romanian. eastern european faux thug 90s groups are DA BOMB. and AS XX fits into that category. 'la mare' starts off with a walking shot of some sweetass clog/heel hybrid shoes and then shifts to the beach with some nudie babes walkin around!!! one dude wears silver fake oakleys and the other has a mushroom cut that's parted down the middle. 'vreau' is anotha club jam that features some more thug livin and a walk in a deserted forest. and of course a scrunchie cameo towards the end.

it's about that time.... the time that i must pump a certain jam.... 'electric boogie' by marcia griffiths. otherwise known as the electric slide song that was played by every groovy dj at every single bar/bat mitzvah, wedding, graduation party, birthday party, school dance, family gathering of the 90s. do you know how to electric slide? because all the kool kids do and if you don't you'll look like a doofus on the dancefloor. why does everybody look so cool in this video when this is the most lame song ever? that fly girl in the yellow tights is giving me fashinspiration.

LOLO FERRARI

meet lolo ferrari. she was a french porn star with boobies that weighed over 6 lbs each. best of all - she was an aspiring popstar. JACKPOT! her video for 'airbag generation' is quite possibly the trashiest jam i have ever or will ever see. genius of another level. the only other song i could find was 'dance dance dance' - another eurotrash classic soon to join my most played songs in itunes. sadly she died in 2000 from suffocation but her legacy is respected here at pumpthatjam!!!

i think this is my first post on a finnish boyband! yea! XL5 follows the standard boyband formula but somehow their video 'kaunis peto' is a bit disturbing. something trippy/freaky/creepy about the vid. maybe it's the lead singer's goatee and his nazty breathy interludes. dying for the oversized jackets with no top on underneath. also diggin the dude with the dreadhawk who doesn't like to dance.

KARAJA

i was kind of obsessed with 'she moves' by karaja for a while. SO catchy its retarded. and in case you didn't know - cool people take milk baths on spaceships OK!!! is it wrong that i want to wear icy pink lip gloss after watching this? and can i just say that her live vocals are amazing?! she sounds exactly like the track! everything about this performance is LOLZ.

JENTINA

jentina was one of my brit bad girl faves a while ago and i totally forgot bout her. 'bad ass strippa' is a pretty bangass vid and song - best line is 'badass strippa in a gucci thong, see through dress by louis vuitton.' HIGH CLASS. 'mysterious' is a web-surfing trip thru jentina internet/magazine universe. i kinda think her whole street vibe is fake because girl ain't got the best rhythm. 'french kisses' is a sexy club jam with an amazing outfit - love the pink bra with gold chain and mesh shirt underneath situation she got goin on.
