this jam is the shizzle!!!! fo realz tho!!! 'dum dam dum' by melodie mc is so frickin catchy it's uncontrollable. normally these kind of early 90s club jams have a girl singing with interludes of a badass dude talk/rapping, but this one has mostly the dude taking over! i love the girl's circular sunglasses/princess leia buns combo and the guys sweet hat. check out the time freeze at 1:32. amazing! i'm not really getting how the red cat fits into the concept but what else could you expect from a vid like this. there is never a video concept. i would totes play this song if i were a dj.
